Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Your adventure with us begins at 2:00 PM. Our friendly team will be ready to welcome you and ensure a smooth check-in. Your room or apartment will be prepared for you to settle in and enjoy your relaxation from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
After your unforgettable stay, please vacate your room or apartment by 11:00 AM so that we can prepare the space for the next guests. This step ensures that each experience is seamless. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the reception, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pet Friendly
Your furry friends are welcome here. Zemunica Knežević is a "pet-friendly" place because your pets deserve a break in nature too. Please inform us in advance about the presence of your pet so that we can make the necessary arrangements for their comfort.
House Rules/Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
It is important that all guests have the opportunity for a peaceful sleep. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure rest and relaxation for everyone.
Pool and Sauna Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Our refreshing pools and warm saunas are available for you from 8 in the morning until 10 in the evening. Enjoy these facilities during these hours and experience complete relaxation.

Feel free to contact us for additional services that can enhance your stay. Parking, taxi transportation, wine tours, and other options are available upon request. Please inform us in advance about your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the planned arrival. If you cancel the reservation later, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Property Responsibility
Please treat Zemunica Knežević's property responsibly. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and will be held liable for compensation. Additionally, Zemunica Knežević is not responsible for your personal property, so please take care of storing your personal belongings.
